Hi ahill1979, you are very welcome! I love Jillian too, I think she totally roacks but I love Bob too. I'd have a very hard time choosing. My man say's he'd chose Jillian because she's so tough, I'm yeah...Ok, I'm soooooooooo sure that's why! LOL!
Anywho, had a tough day. TOM is here and cramps are killing me and chocolate cravings did me in. I caved, but it's cool. I got me some Gilad recored to do tomorrow. Hopefully 1 day of cramps is all I'll get. Fingers crossed.
I sm dealing with TOM too and having a hard time not giving in to the cravings. I think I might have to go to bed to stay away from the kids junk food. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for you. No more cramps. They stink.

Hi, I am also on the Blue team and this is my first challenge. I am really hoping I can get my eatting under control with this challenge. Exercise is no problem for me but my eatting is.
Are there any red banners available with Kim? I always think of her as the red team since I started watching TBL when she was the coach.
I took a really easy day exercise-wise, because I've been having some muscle issues with my left leg. However, I went for a massage and also hit up a running store to pick up a foam roller - I'm hoping those two will help me heal faster. I did some research to learn about problems with the ITB, and it seems that biking is okay, so I did 30 minutes of light biking on the stationary bike. It felt so good, so I'm hopeful that I've found some good cardio that will actually help my leg.
