As a Black Team member I want to say Hi!!, just finished reading all the posts up to here and I'm ready to get it in gear. This is my first challenge like so many others. So all I Can say is GO BLACK!!

I have a pulled hamstring in my left leg. Really driving me crazy. I am takeing it easy but still doing my workouts. Only thing that seems to help it is total rest. I don't have time to rest lol. I will rest when I die. Have to keep walking.

How do you get the Red Team Banners in the signature?
Right click on the banner and you can either save image as and save to your computer or I think you can copy image location. Then just paste it into your signature in the User CP.
I think I explained it correctly. If not I am sure someone can do a better job.
Have y'all heard? Oprah is taking over the Discovery Health network and is making it her own, as in OWN (Oprah Winfrey network). She's like Pinky & The Brain, trying to taking over the World! lol!
