Thanks a bunch Chellez for getting this put together. This will be my first challenge as well and I am hoping that it will keep me motivated and on task.
I talked to a friend today at the meet who is doing a WL plan thru our dr's office/weight management clinic. So as it applies to the measurements/pix thread, she said that once a month they take her measurements at her NECK, Waist and Hips. That's all. And then like every 90 they do the rest of her. I thought the neck part was pretty interesting - although I can def tell if I gain weight by how my neck feels. So in case anyone wants to try it. I might.
