Cool

Hey everyone, I have no idea what the Red Wins challenge is, but I know I am challenging myself to get in 10 to 12 miles of walking a week.

I'm afraid I didn't do much of anything positve today except rid myself of some very negative people from my life. It's been a very stressful past 5 to 7 days, I slept all of 4 hours last night and it caught up with me today. I did good to be able to walk to the bathroom. That's how tired I am. Mentally & Physically.

Fixing to head off to bed after Fat March, if I make it that long. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day...

1. What would you like us to call you? Paige (actually my middle name)

2. What eating plan are you using? I was doing Jenny Craig and lost 40lbs... then over the summer I've gained about 7lbs. so now I'm doing WW's but haven't joined back up yet to attend the meetings but I do plan on it... I need that accountability.

3. What do you do for exercise? Right now Curves, Treadmill, and resistance bands

4. What is one area you struggle with? I have my exercise plan in place.... but I have to actually do it ... that's the problem!!!!

5. Tell us something about yourself that you are most proud of...and it cant be kids or family. Well since I can't say my kiddos... I guess I would say my education.

6. Where are you from? *optional* The Lone Star State

7. What is your FS4 challenge goal? I'd like to lose 25lbs... but more then anything I just want to get back to doing my exercise plan consistenly.

Veronica...woohoo another recent grad!!! congratulations!!

Diva...I think cutting out what is weighing you down is a big accomplishment, not to mention stressful so you are doing great!!! Only positive in this life..its too short for anything else!

Paige...you can get that exercise down, I know you can do it!! Just take it one workout at a time!

Anyone else watch Fat March?

1. What would you like us to call you? Taryn

2. What eating plan are you using? I am just calorie counting... simple and quite effective for me.

3. What do you do for exercise? Mainly running, I love to hike though and do that sometimes. I try to do yoga and pilates at least once or twice a week.

4. What is one area you struggle with? Poor eating habits... I tend to try and compensate for reasons I am eating something bad when in actuallity I should just not be eating it... THERE IS NO EXCUSE!!

5. Tell us something about yourself that you are most proud of...and it cant be kids or family.
My motivation to be healthy in my life and the goals I am setting for myself in university and mainly in life.

6. Where are you from? *optional* BC Canada!! Woot!

7. What is your FS4 challenge goal? I would like to lose about 20lbs and mainly stick to a plan and follow it through till the end.

Good Morning everyone!

I feel great today. I did a Slim in 6 workout and was reminded on how those workouts kick my butt. I may end up doing a Turbo Jam workout tonight if I have the time. I'm trying to step it up this challenge and not let my teammates down this time.

I watched everyone but the one where Anthony was voted off because I just HAD to watch the Justine Timberlake concert, LOL!
I have to admit, I didn't really care about these people the way I do on TBL. Maybe because it's not on as long? The only ones I really cared about was Jamie Lynn and her friend that was walking with her last night. I cried when they crossed the finish line, LOL! yeah...I'm a goober...

Good Morning everyone!!! Ready to have another fantastic day? Looks to me like everyone is off to a smashing start!! I know I've been totally on plan and even getting in my exercise. Fighting the water but I'm working on it!!

I felt like I over ate a little last night, nothing off plan but still. And this morning I talked myself out of stepping on the scale...it was hard but I won!!! My goal is to stay off that darn thing till Friday morning when its my weigh in time!

Today is my busy day with classes and we have an open house at my oldest daughters school so I may be MIA a bit today, just know that I'm thinking of you all and wishing you the best day today with your plan and all your goals you want to reach.

I'm riding my bike to class again today, that will be what I'm doing for my team again today!! What are you going to do for the team??

Have a wonderful day!!

Good Morning Red Team!!!!!!!! Gotta make it short today, it's a busy day for me, with errands and grocery shopping to do. Again, it promises to be another HOT day here...108. I am SO ready for Fall & Winter...well, what we get of it anyways! lol Can you really count 60 degree weather as Winter?

It's so great to see all you ladies checking in! It's wonderful to meet all of you, and I hope you have all picked a comfy spot and are ready to hunker down for some friendship & support. And, let's not forget....HARD WORK! We owe it to ourselves to do this, if not for anyone else, but US!

Fat March was interesting, had a hard time connecting to people. Definitely not like BL thats for sure! Yay, BL is tonight!!!

You girls have a fantastic day and remember to keep working hard, its all worth it in the end!!!!
