We were at 20 team members after the last weigh in and we arent in jeopardy of losing anyone this week.

If anyone wants to see the chart for the first 4 weeks I can email it to you. I'd post it but I dont know how to do .pdf

I feel good! I just did the:
Woman's Health- Wedding Day workout
30 minutes Arms & chest and cardio workout.

I love the way it's set up. The have the premade workout's, which is best for me and the custome. I did the premade one. They have them set up for daily workouts so there's structure which is exactly what I need right now in the way that I eat and the way I exercise. They have the premade set up into a Strapless dress workout, or a Waist snugging, short cut. I am going for the strapless even though my dress really isn't all that strapless.

It goes like this:

Mon- Upper body & cardio
Tues- Tummy & core & Cardio
Wed- Lower body & Cardio
Thurs- Upper & cardio
Fri- Lower & cardio
Sat Upper
Sun - rest

Problem will be getting dude to go away for 30 minutes or so on Sat's so I can workout, hehe. Shouldn't be too hard. I may still do my 2 mile neighborhood walk too because I just feel like I should be doing a little more. Even though it was challenging and I DID sweat.

Yeah, the first site is down right now for some reason. They look very similar, and I have just founf out the first one has a store about 50 miles from here, so I may actually go with the Eden dress instead. Spending that much money, I would just feel better doing this in person, lol!

Alright Red team, most everyone got their weights posted and yet there are only a couple of us chatting here. Thats not support!

It's coooold out this morning! But I'm gonna ride my bike anyway! The muscles above my knees are really sore for some reason so it should be interesting.

Have a wonderful day Red team!!

Diva - Those dresses are beautiful! I like the straps on both of them. I don't have enough up top for those kinds of dresses.

I think either one will look gorgeous. I'd like to see pictures when you do decide to buy it

Sure thing! I plan on buying it in may and hopefully 50 lbs lighter, because if not I am going to have to get a jacket thingy like the one in the link below to try and hide the arms, but I am busting my butt right now so I won't have to.

I can't wait to get married and take pics and post them here for you all. Just like you did.

Okay red team, there are more people on this team than Diva and myself! Where's the support group?

I did my bikeride today...felt good even with my sore knees. I could sure use a massage though, I think the stress of school is getting to me. Got a letter in the mail that if I can keep my GPA where its at I'll be graduating with high honors...Yay!!

Okay off to the school for fundraiser stuff....Sure would like to hear how everyone is doing!

I can't remember where I posted that I was staying away from the scale...I lied. I feel better now. It seems as if my body was holding onto those pounds for dear life and now it seems to be loosening its grip. Okay I need to stop going to the grocery store. I cannot fit one more thing in my freezer and my cabinets are looking suspect too. The good thing is I have tons of veggies to steam, lots of healthy snacks , and a lot of choices to help me with planning my menus.

Melissa you are right it is quiet on here. Its really quiet on some other threads I post in also.

I thought it might be interesting for us to post our menus because we are all so successful. Maybe we can do that for Week 7? That would allow us to get ideas and see how everyone is doing it. I do WW Flex Pts and I actually eat a lot of processed foods (because I'm not a big cooker and its convenient) and fast food here and there and still manage to lose weight. It can be done. Everyone has their own way doing it and what works for them.

I think sharing menus for a week is a fantastic idea! Not only does it show people how you are getting your success but I usually find some good menu ideas from other peoples menus! I dunno about you but i get bored with the same ol same ol!

Sharing menus is definitely a good idea. I know it would help me and others stay on their food plan. I ate way too much pasta today, and I feel crappy.
