Everyone should go in the discussion thread and do the chat during the show. It is so much fun. I did it last week and this week. Granted you will find out more than you want to if you're not in EST but it is fun. AmberD was there too. Had a blast!
I've been super busy but I just wanted to drop in and check up on everyone. I've been staying on plan and exercising everyday, well i'm getting ready to walk for an hour on the dreadmill when I get off of here lol.

OK guys, I got to watch part of the show tonight, so I'm catching up with the contestants etc. I also read Jillian's chat answers on NBC, that was interesting.
I had a pretty good day today with food. I had a treat of 1/2 c. ice cream with peanut butter and choc syrup, but it was a planned treat that I needed for my hormones. I'm just going to do some stretching before I go to sleep so I can get my RED WINS for today.

Hey Red Team, we had an awesome weigh-in, good job! I technically had a lose, although it looks like a gain because of the timing on the starting weights. Here's to an even better week 2 for all of us!
Good Morning everyone!!! Another busy day for me, and I'm off and running already. Today is picture day and I've got 2 girls to get ready...curling irons are heating as we speak! LOL! Then I've got to be at the school all day being the helper. So I'll be back to catch up with everyone later!!
I'm looking at my list for the red team and there are ALOT of red team members who still havent checked in with the team for the week and here we are looking at thursday already. C'mon guys, you signed up for a TEAM challenge...this is only Week 2, please dont tell me the team has been dumped already. I really dont think checking in once a week is too much to ask. You have to come here once a week to post your weight, why not let your team know how you are doing.

Not too much to say today... Have a doctor appointment tomorrow and I'm going to have them check my blood work. I haven't had it tested for 2 years and I think I'm a good 35lbs lighter then last time. Want to see how the exercise/weight loss has impacted it. If I get my results back before challenge end I'll let you guys know how it went.
25mins Cathe Basic Step/25mins Biggest loser I (High Impact Cardio) and 10 mins Stretch today for a total of 60mins workout today.
I'm here. I'm back at work this week after having 2 weeks off. Thats why I was in here more previously. Mostly likely my posts will take place late night/early morning and maybe mid day. I have not even hit my "so busy I want to hurt somebody" point at work yet. That will be in October. Fair warning I may be a little snippy then. The positive about that for the team is when I have so much going like that I feel the only thing I can really control in my life at that point is my eating so I really stay OP then.
I cooked dinner this morning, did a few things around the house, worked at this internship thing I am doing (and got my brain challenged in a major way), went to school, did some research at the library, and I am pooped. No exercise today, but everything else was pretty good. I guess I'll call today my rest day.
Melissa, hope you had a good day being the helper at school. I bet your daughters looked great for their pics!
Muse, Good luck on your blood work. They say a 10% loss is likely to have a very positive effect on your results, and exercise helps too, so it sounds like you will see a change.

Well, today wasn't that great of a day. I had set a plan of attack for the day last night, but it a fell to crap in a hurry. I ate within my calories and did drink my water, but thats where it ends.. Tomorrows gonna be better...I promise!

Muse- Great job on the 60 minutes of exercise. I've heard exercising makes your good cholesterol (sp) go up. I hope that everything goes good at the doctors office.
Melissa- 2 girls to get ready...I can't imagine. I have one DD and have to get up two hours early to get us both ready.
AmberD-Wow a 3 mile run, some day I hope to be able to run long distances. Right now I'm up to a mile with a short term goal of 5. Eventually I'd like to run a half marathon and live to tell about it.

Ann...sheesh! Busy day!! No wonder you are pooped! I'd say a rest day was in order with all that on the schedule! Picture day was great, funny how exhausted I got just standing around fixing shirts and combing hair LOL!
Bridgette....the most important thing is that you MADE the plan! Failing to plan is planning to fail! Right back on the right path today though! You can do it...sounds like you really didnt do that bad anyway still stuck to calories!! The lucky thing with me having to get 2 other girls ready is that they are older and can do most of it themselves...just hair that becomes an issue anymore.
