Yesterday was such a wonderful day for me. Everything came so easy. I had no problems at all sticking to a healthy eating plan. I actually WANTED it and nothing was a struggle not even my usual hard times. I think this new philosophy is working...granted its only one day but today has followed suite!

Now to get back to my pushups goal!

I'm up to doing 15 pushups on the stairs! Started on the wall, but those came easy, so moved up to stairs.

How do you do the pushups on the stairs? Just stand at the bottom and have your hands up 5 or 6 steps?

I just noticed your pics in your signature! Look how hot you look. GOOD JOB! You must feel incredible.

Ah, BG, You're sweet!! Thank you!

Yes, I just stand at the bottom of the stairs and lean forward where my hands naturally land. I figure it's about a 45degree angle instead of the standard 90 degree angle we do traditional pushups on. And if that's too easy, you can slide your feed back and take a lower stair. Kind of like the opposite of putting your feet up on a chair to do pushups like all the macho guys do! I used to only do 5 and am up to 15. Hope to squeak out 20 next week and then 30 maybe by March? (or maybe not, cuz then I have to hit the floor!)

My next pic is going to be taken at the end of this challenge, April 1. Time to GET BUSY!!!!

I know I don't post here much, but I do WI each week like I'm supposed to. Life is very busy for me with school, dh, and kids. However, I've been on track pretty well with losing and maintaining healthy eating thanks to WW. I hit a personal first time goal today and actually jogged 1 mile on my treadmill. This is something I have wanted to do most of my life and was finally able to accomplish it!!

Great job Amy! I am excited with my own running results this weekend - I ran 7.6 miles, a personal record for me. I've been pretty disciplined the last two weeks on sticking to my training schedule, and it's amazing how following a plan really does work (duh!). Not only have I been able to build my running endurance, but I'm also down 3 pounds this week - yay! Of course, this coming week is going to be a challenge - ice storm/muck here in Chicago is going to make going out to face the elements a bit difficult.

Hope the rest of my blue sisters are doing well.
