I know you will reach your goals this time, and on this program, once you get past the first 2 or 3 weeks, the hunger-reducing benefits of low-carbing will kick in and you will find it extremely easy to stay on the diet. I'm in my 3rd week and I literally usually have to force myself to eat because I'm just not hungry. Well, shoot, you probably know that from having tried the diet before.
That's so cool you are in the Canadian Armed Forces! I used to be an Army Officer, and was stationed in the MFO as my first assignment. So I served with several Canadian Officers and thought the world of them.
