Some of my faves are
*100% Fruit Leather
*Trader Joe's Dry Roasted lightly salted Edamame (or soy beans for those who speak english)
*I made this one up and it's great I sliced an apple, tossed in in my wok with a bit of olive oil and cinnimon and cooked them until they were soft and translucent then I mixed it with Tillimook fat free vanilla bean yogurt. It was so amazing.
*Grilled peaches or nectarines, drizzled with a bit of olive oil to avoid sticking then drizzled with balsamic vinegar to serve.
* Del Monte light fruit cups
