Oh dear! Jack I gave all that up years ago......well I still cuss now and then...and I do still drink Whiskey......guess I just gave up the cheroots then...heh, heh, heh...

Today I will stay calm and fight the urge to strangle my boss for his procrastination and for neglecting to tell me to send out some documents that should have gone out weeks ago....he just stuffed them in a file and didn't bother to tell me they were there and now the client is calling about them...GRRRRR!!!!

.....okay...taking a deep breath now....must...get... into a...better...mood....need... more...coffee....

Jack, what the **** have you been up to?

Today I will:
1) figure out how to get someone off my back who wants to be my friend and is totally sucking me dry
2) sit in a corner with a book and a bag of bridge mixture, because the above is making me feel crappy!

ok.. today i will keep a positive attitude, and love myself for me. ( and not what the scale says)
drink my water, eat healthy, and workout
work on school stuff
catch up on emails, so people know that i really do think about them.
get rid of my old biiig baggy t shirts that i hide under so i can start wearing the clothes that actually fit yet never get worn.

today ( or rather tonight) I will :
study and read 3 chapters.
drink some more water since i haven't had much today yet.
eat healthy for dinner. ( steamed aspargus and grilled corn, with turkey is what it looks to be. )
catch my forums up, ooh i have been a non online girl lately.
