-not turn on the TV.
-meet my friend for coffee, chatting and studying.
-walk for 40 minutes.
-take a few minutes each hour to remember that I love being in school and that all the stress is worth it for the rewards.

Today I will stay calm at work although I have a ton of things to do and a Friday a.m. deadline for a brief ...."om"...."om"....."om"....

Today I will ignore the Dairy Queen I have to pass on the way back from my walk at lunch.....
