An hour and a half of yoga for me today, which made me feel so much more relaxed after a really draining couple of days. Haven't been to yoga in years, probably, and now I am wishing I could fit it in more than once a week!
Pokio I got a tip from "Painted Lady" here at 3fc, she had a lot of success with the "Yoga Booty Ballet" videos. I ordered a couple of them from half.com, used copies but they work great. I'm sort of still stumbling through it but starting to get it. The name is stupid but they do have a nice zen-like vibe to the vids.
