Hey ladies! I did more exercise than yesterday, well I don't have company today! Sorry about the randomness of my new pic, I found it adorable! Anyway 45 minutes bike 30 minutes weights, hopefully more later!

WOW! Good Job Guys! Today I ran a mile and a half then walked one, totaling about 45 minutes (with abs as well).

Totals so Far:

I worked out last night, but I'm not sure how long. I'm estimating about a half hour. I did lots of different things, lots of tummy work.

I've been off to a sloooow start in Feb but figure a little is better than nothing....put in 20 minutes on the bike yesterday, hoping to up it to 45 minutes a day this week.

I'M GOING TO DO 22 MINUTES ON THE BIKE RIGHT NOW JUST TO GET IT TO AN EVEN NUMBER, lol!!!
