I've been living in the lab and behind my desk studying/doing taxes so little time exercising I'm afraid. I am down -5 lbs! However, my living in the lab days are numbered and am looking forward to getting going! I have been doing alot of stretching which feels REALLY good and gives me energy boosts!

Its never to late to join us jandaman! I'm glad you found us! Just make a monthly goal add your minutes to the groups every post and keep us updated! I'll add your 30 minutes to the groups for a real-life example!
