Marie, thanks for the congrats on the good eating and exercise day yesterday!
For some reason I missed your discussion of your evening ice cream sundae reward. That is a wonderful idea. I need something specific like that to look forward to each night as I often end up eating something late that I don't want because I don't have an anchor like your sundae. I am giving that some thought.
Ended today at 1640, exercise was a 60 minute walk (40 for time, 20 leisurely).
Your bike ride sounds great, sorry the breathing is still irritated, hope that abates soon ... and that the fires stop in your area.
Re the scale, it IS its purpose to annoy us sometimes, lol, I hope tomorrow is NOT my scale's day to decide on annoyance. We'll see lol.

Exercise-loads of yard work all day and an evening walk around the neighborhood.
yesterday. DH and I went for impromptu bike ride. So we rode for just over 15 miles BUT rode to DQ for lunch. Wowza it was delicious. But I finished the day at 2200 calories. And I didn't get my little ice cream sundae last night.
No way could I convince myself that I had been good.
today. So ice cream sundae looks like it is in my future this evening. WOOTS!

On Sun, which I consider my weigh-in day, I was the same, no gain but no loss. Still struggling with the carbs and my bs are at least a little frequently high.
