I was quite pleased with today's food options, tried some new stuff.
B: usual IP RTD Vanilla and coffee
S: lemon/crispy cereal muffins (these turned out more like little scones, they were so delicious)
L: chicken a la king + kale salad
S: herb and garlic crisps
D: pork loin in a very tasty rosemary, apple butter (WF) and cider vinegar sauce + spiral zucchini quickly sauteed in the same pan
I love pork loin but have been struggling to find good recipes for it, so I made this one based on something I used to make pre-diet.
For whatever reason, I find it easier to stick to the plan without mental gymnastics when I post here
(been doing 4 packets this week in response to some 'muscle loss'...personally, I wasn't much worried about it, but figured I'd try the increase and see how I felt. I've been hungry for the first time since starting...?)

Actually it's the combo of the vanilla drink and strawberry sauce, I just had about a half cup of coffee left so I threw it in too, with ice, in a blender - I have one of those personal blender things (like a magic bullet).
I found the chicken soup recipe here somewhere, I was searching for flatbread recipes to make with potato puree. I just cut it into breadsticks instead of leaving it whole. I'll see if I can find it for you later. Turned out pretty good, I added chili powder and cumin.

Thanks for the additional info! The next time that I order WF syrup, I will try some other flavors. I use a Ninja Pulse machine, a lot like the Nutri Bullet, and I find I am getting a lot of use from it on the IP program -- in addition to making yummy drinks, it makes cauli rice and shreds the zuke for pancakes!
I have not tried the potatoe puree yet -- I expect it to be too much carb, altho the counts are surprisingly lower than I would have thought. I wonder if there is an alternative product for the IP Potatoe Puree... will have to look that one up.
