B: Protidiet Honey Nut Cereal with a splash of EAS carbadvantage Fr. vanilla
L: 2 cups of sautéed zucchini wrapped up in 2 "tortillas" (made from the IP potato puree packet). So YUMMY, I seriously could eat this for lunch every day.
D: 8 ounces of chicken breast with 2 cups of some veggie: either broccoli, asparagus, yellow squash, spinach or a mixture of a couple of these.
S: Protidiet Peanut surprise bar

S : other half of the vanilla drink heated with a splash of hazelnut flavor
