Starting July at 198, hoping to get 191, which will be my lowest weight since my weight loss journey began.(I've gotten down to 192 before) 7 pounds!!!! Let's GO!!
I'm going to aim for a 9 lb loss in July, taking me from 164 to 155. A 9 lb loss is an average loss of 2 lbs per week, which is a stretch at my age. But, if I want to shoot high, I must first aim high.
I'm in. I weighed in at 230.2 Saturday for the end of the June challenge I was in, then 234.4 this a.m. but yesterday was a veritable carb fest so theres that. I will change my start weight on the 1st if theres a significant change from Saturdays weight. I've been averaging 1.5 lbs a month so I'm going to keep it real and aim for 5 lbs or anythin over 2 at the very least.
