I'm calorie counting, and that worked to lose the first 30 pounds, but I've been stuck for a bit. I think I might have to try something different, but I'm not sure I could do a veggie diet like Tiff
Tiffneedschange: are you a vegetarian or just trying the diet because you needed a changeup? how hard is it? Do you eat certain amount of calories and just don't eat meat?
