I am OP and exercising. I am so proud of myself that I am not going off plan for Halloween. It is just another excuse to trip me up.

Hi everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday season. I'm glad it's done. It's so hard to stick to anything halfway healthy during that time of year for me. But, we got a Wii fitness cd and it is way fun. It has exercises I don't feel too old or out of shape to do. I'm hoping I can at least get back on track with improving my health. I hope everyone else is doing well! Let's chat! Carole :0)
