Default Hello everyone!
I have decided that this is the year to get healthy. Two events made this decision for me, a visit to my dr with a diagnosis of high cholesterol and high blood pressure, and a very dear friend having a stroke.

I have tried to do this on my own before and never succeeded, so I thought this time I would try something new and share my lets say adventure.

Good for you!! I wish you great success! This site has been a great help to me so far. My life changing event was when I hit 40. I think we need a wake up call once in awhile to give us that boost we need to get going. Hope to see you around!
