Somehow, my count got off, but I've done 78/78 workouts. So, let's see if I can reach my goal weight by the end of the month. 4.8 pounds to go.

Exercise Goal: Exercise 6x per week, for a total of 78 workouts.

Cut your carbs! It's hard, but it should do the trick! (I'm contemplating doing that to bust my plateau that I'm STILL on...but I'd miss my fruit and WW pasta too much!)

I know... that fruit thing is really what got me when I did SBD. Well, that and tortilla chips!

Good luck - you can do it!! And even if you can't, you still lost a hella lotta poundage!

The big news for me is that I finally busted my plateau!!! I'm now at 165.6! It's only about a half a pound, but it's an important one! I have no idea how I did it either, as I didn't work out for three days straight and I ate more junk food than I should have. (And binged on tortilla chips & salsa!) One of my friends (who lost 60 lbs!) told me that for some reason "sensible binges" always seemed to boost her out of her plateaus. Maybe that's what happened to me! LoL!

kariatari, I tried low carb a while back and that was my biggest downfall. I couldn't limit myself with the fruit. I love pineapple too much lol. Congrats on breaking your plateau!

Hey jumelle! I just stopped by to see if you ended up making your goal, but you haven't posted yet. I'll have to stop back tomorrow! Even if you didn't, imagine how you'll feel after the next 90 day challenge when you loose another 26+ pounds. You could feasibly maybe get to Onederland in the next challenge!

Got my "after" picture posted. Not as drastic of a change as I would have liked, but then again, I didn't really kick it into gear until mid-June! I can definitely tell a difference in my face and arms. (That armpit fat is slowly disappearing!) My shorts also fit better and you can definitely tell my boobs got smaller. LoL! Overall though, I would say that I look healthier, which is of course, the ultimate goal. Can't wait to start on the next one!
