So I went for a walk today took about an hour because I took my DD and tried to train a new dog to walk by my side. I didn't make up anything yesterday but tomorrow I will try to make it up and write it down as Sundays workout. At least I got out today and was active

Did my first day of C25K and I am happy to say I pushed myself to run the whole 1 min every time I was prompted to. I had previously downloaded a C25K app for my IPhone and let me just say I am glad I did! I listen to my music and the app prompts me when to walk and when to run.

Wow, Jumelle, you are *rockin'* it! Now that I'm off for the summer, I'm committed to making sure I rock the rest of this challenge too! Might even start some 2-a-days with bike rides and runs!

Hello all, as you prob noticed or not, but i changed my user name
anyways well done Jumelle its working great for you, Kiaratari now that your off you'll fly it, makes such a difference when you have lots of spare time,
hmmm i had a very good exercise week this week and was quite good with my eating, however i am still the same weight so its VERY slow to move its slightly disheartening .. i suppose on some upside since i started the new exercise routine last week i have toned up in the week and my pants that i normally where to work are loose on top and the dreaded muffin top has been halved and my belly starting to look flat,.,,,,, but i want the scales to move.. i suppose can't have everything right??

Thanks kariatari and curlysue82. My workout buddy can be a real beast when I don't workout with her (petitefleur here at 3FC). It helps that she's my sister and can beat me up when I'm not rolling out of bed fast enough.

It also helps that I'm in 3 challenges. This one keeps me doing well in the other two because if I don't workout I won't lose weight. Doing well in the other 2 challenges is based on how much weight each participant loses each week (the Pinup Girls Challenge at MFP and the 12 Weeks to Take it Off Challenge here at 3FC).

I hope everyone has a wonderful week this week!

Haven't kept up like I should, my cat got outside so I've been spending my days walking the block looking for him or sitting here and crying. Pretty pathetic I know. Gonna try to exercise today though.

Sorry to hear about your cat, buttercup. I hope s/he has a safe return!

Glad to hear you're back at it though - the exercise might be a good way for you to take your mind off things!
