hmmm i had a very good exercise week this week and was quite good with my eating, however i am still the same weight so its VERY slow to move its slightly disheartening .. i suppose on some upside since i started the new exercise routine last week i have toned up in the week and my pants that i normally where to work are loose on top and the dreaded muffin top has been halved and my belly starting to look flat,.,,,,, but i want the scales to move.. i suppose can't have everything right??

curlysue82. My workout buddy can be a real beast when I don't workout with her (
petitefleur here at 3FC). It helps that she's my sister and can beat me up when I'm not rolling out of bed fast enough.
It also helps that I'm in 3 challenges. This one keeps me doing well in the other two because if I don't workout I won't lose weight. Doing well in the other 2 challenges is based on how much weight each participant loses each week (the Pinup Girls Challenge at MFP and the 12 Weeks to Take it Off Challenge here at 3FC).
