Thanks Jumelle, got stuck in a serious slump couldn't even motivate myself to eat right, but yesterday i pushed myself outside for C25k and today feeling much better for it.. so i'm back on track.. also got groceries so no excuses for bad few choices hope you have a good week.. you are flying it

Jumelle! You are rocking this!

I, on the other hand, have been doing terribly. The whole time, I'd been trying to do South Beach Diet, and repeatedly That's always been my go-to because whenever I want to lose weight, I'd been able to do it fast. But then the pounds came back. So....since I've realized it's not a plan I can stick with, this time I'm changing my game plan and signed Weight Watchers.

The points plus seems like it'll be good because it factors in workouts into your points. With SBD, during the carb-free part - which I always drug out longer than I should have because I'd cheat - I had zero energy and never worked out.

So anyway...here's to making the most of the rest of the challenge!

kariatari, thanks. Just jump back in when you can. I have more free time than most people. If I was in school right now, I wouldn't be able to work out nearly as often as I do now. So, I completely understand that life can get in the way no matter how motivated you are to work out.

I may give Weight Watchers a try at the beginning of next year since I've heard some really great things about the new program from friends and family.
