Personal: 680 + 50 = 730/750 *Wow, only 20 mins away from my goal!

Personal Total: 847 + 30 = 877/1200 - 323 minutes until goal.
(717 cardio, 160 strength training)



Group Total: 11,356 + 30 = 11,386

Just a quick stop in to post my minutes! 60 minutes of walking yesterday :D I needed to get to somewhere indoors so I could just walk again, whew it was great! I wasn't even that tired!

Personal Total: 130 + 60 = 190/500


Group Total: 11,414 + 60 = 11,474

Haven't posted mine for a couple days so have 220 minutes to add; combination of water aerobics, walking, even some jogging and yes RUNNING! Yay; not very fast but I am moving! Oh and also the Gazelle

Personal total 1304 with 396 to go
90% toward President's Challenge bronze award

Group total 11,594 + 220 = 11,814

I am going to have to raise my goal again! To 2000, so I now have 696 to go. Guess I'd best hop back on that Gazelle LOL

I am finding myself more and more active! Today when I want to WalMart I had to park in the back of the lot so I jogged up to the door... then on the way back out jogged back to my car pushing my cart LOL. Got to take advantage of every exercise opportunity!

Whew I did another 20 minutes on the Gazelle... so my personal total is now

1324 with 676 to go for my new goal

Hello Everyone!

I'm BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK.

And I've been totally sedentary for 4.5 months. So, I'm going to give myself a small goal for the rest of the month of Nov. We have 11 days left - I am going to do 30 minutes each day and I'm going to give myself one day's rest. Let's see if I can do 300 minutes.

Hitting the gym tomorrow....

Got in 58 minutes of cardio tonight! New totals are:

Personal Total: 905 + 58 = 963/1200 - 237 minutes until goal.
(803 cardio, 160 strength training)



Group Total: 11,864 + 58 = 11,922

Im baack. I took a few months off from my dieting and exercise since school started. It shows... i've gained about 5-10lbs ( haven't had the guts to jump on the scale yet!) But im back and i'm ready to start again. You guys are a great motivation! Even though its over halfway through the month, can i still join the challenge?

I'm reaalllly feeling the end of the term. I have 3 finals to give this week, and still a mountain of grading from last week. :( Never envy teachers at the end of the term. Yesterday I had planned to do some cardio, but hubby needed my help raking. I'm only counting 20 min of it, rather than the 50 it took, as there was some down time. But it means I didn't also have time to do the cardio. Today is supposed to be weights, but also grading, grocery shopping and cleaning the house for the inlaws. So, no promises! how's everyone else doing for the holidays? How will you stay on track over the holiday, exercise wise????
