Got in a 50 minute walk today! :) New totals are:
Personal: 373 + 50 = 423/1200 - 777 minutes until goal! (389 cardio, 34 strength training) Group Total: 5006 + 50 = 5056 |
Got a 30 minute walk in today. Also RAN up the stairs IN heels, but I don't think that really counts! ;) LOL.
5,056+30=5,086 Wow, I've actually gotten in an hour over the past two days...more than usual. Still not going to set a goal until Winter break hits, though. But I'm GOING to do my crunch dvd tomorrow morning, and I WILL do my Yoga tomorrow night! Hold me to it, ladies! |

Last night I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, bringing my total to 365.

I haven't been feeling well but I did go to physical therapy today and the physical therapist sure worked me good!

This morning, I got up at about 4 as usual to do my workout, but it just soooo wasn't happening. Instead, I peed and went back to bed till 6 :p
But I couldn't let it go...I came home and walked 3 laps around my block (each lap is about 3/4 mile, and it's not flat, so there were hills to climb!), which took me about 30 minutes :carrot: And so... Personal: 210/600 Group: 30 + 5,452 = 5,482 |
I hadnt put in any of my minutes this month so far and Im a little behind what my target should be .. still .. 245 minutes combined for the month so far :)

Tonight I did 15 minutes on the elliptical and then did 45 minutes strength training, bringing my total to 425.
