Just 20 minutes of strength training today...gotta get some cardio in tomorrow! :D New totals are:

Personal Total: 1035 + 20 = 1055/1200 - 145 minutes until goal!
(875 cardio, 180 strength training)



Group Total: 12,889 + 20 = 12,909

Hi Ladies...it has been a bit slow in here lately...anyways, I got in 68 minutes of good cardio walking tonight! New totals are:

Personal Total: 1055 + 68 = 1123/1200 - 77 minutes until goal!
(943 cardio, 180 strength training)
Next post I am upping my goal - I want to do 1200 minutes of cardio, and 250 minutes of strength training! This might not make me able to up my goal next month, but that's okay, as long as I try to be consistant! :)

i had a dance recital last night (my first time on stage :D!) and including practice, we got about two hours of dance in. Its such a great workout!

yup, even though I am at my parents' house in Connecticut for the holiday week, I did 35 minutes of Tae Bo both yesterday and this morning, so another 70 minutes for me to add in.

Personal: 490/600

Group: 70 + 13,517 = 13,587

Well I have been lousy about posting but have been doing my exercise! :) In fact I got up this morning and went jogging!!! I jogged my entire old route and back -- when I started I could not even WALK this without stopping to rest several times! :woohoo: I didn't break any speed records, mind you... LOL it is a very wimpy jog but at least I am moving!!

Logging in 225 minutes of exercise over the past 4 days.

Personal total 1602 (398 to go)

Group total 13,587 + 225 = 13,812

Hello.. I am new and since end of month my goal is 200 minutes. Unfortunately it being Thanksgiving, I have done nothing today..lol But tomorow is a new day. I would like it if some of yall whom have lost, please tell me the secret..lol I know I need exercise.. but curious as to what or how some of you are eating.I am not a veggie person, so the rabbit diet is not one I can handle.. Any advice would be great! Keep up the good work gals!
