Hi Ladies - Started off slow with no exercise on the 1st, but I got in 60 on the 2nd and 95 yesterday. So, 155 minutes to add! New totals are:

Personal Total: 0 + 155 = 155/1200 - 1045 minutes until goal!
(155 cardio, 0 strength training)



Group Total: 2211 + 155 = 2366

Just did 15 minutes of strength training! New totals are:

I started this yesterday on the 3rd and I did 25 minutes of brisk walking with the dog. Man does he know how to pull! I also did 25 minutes of walking today. Thats 50 minutes all together.

0 + 50 = 50/540 Only 490 minutes left!

Group total: 2,471 + 50 = 2,521

Misti - I got a Lifefitness X5i. That thing is the best elliptical I ever used, in or out of a gym although it is a home model. I am so glad DF talked me into getting it over the other ellipticals we were looking at.

I did 30 minutes of lower body workout last night, then 20 minutes of the elliptical! I then did 25 minutes of the elliptical this morning.

Personal total: 150 + 75 = 225
Group total: 2571 + 75 = 2646

60 min weight training today. Not a great workout, but it's done!

Group total ~ 2546 + 60 = 2606 min

I just got done with my workout. I did 60 minutes with a workout video. I didnt know belly dancing could get me sweating so much....That stuff is hard! I loved every minute of it!!!

Personal Total: 50+60= 110 430 minutes left
Group total: 2,606+60=2,666

Well, it's not exactly planned, but it's definitely intentional: My car's broken down so I have to walk home. That'll make 45 minutes for today.

I did 25 minutes on my elliptical and 20 minutes upper body weights.

Hey guys,

We have been doing our cleaning before the holidays here, we tend to get lots of company starting around Thanksgiving, so I have been beat by the end of the day. I did not have the energy or desire to work out on Friday or Saturday, but I did however get in a 25 min walk today. Will be back on track tomorrow...I swear I must get more rest when I go back to work than on my "days off" (lol)


Personal Goal - 80/500
Group Total - 2,816 + 25 = 2,841
