Went for a nice brisk (4 mph) walk today with mom for 30 mins. Then, we went bike riding for 30 minutes this afternoon.
60 mins for the day, and brings me to 835 mins for the month, which is PAST my goal! :) 10,925+60=10,985 |

30 mins on the bike and 20 mins aerobics in the classroom with the kids. It was a VERY wet and stormy day, so we couldn't do Daily Fitness outside.

Yesterday I managed to pop my nose out of my book just long enough to get in my required 10 minutes, which brings my total to 1007. I am excited to get back to the gym tonight, but I need to make sure and get there early so I can get home for the Idol finale!

Fifty-five minute bike ride for me today. After yesterday's workout on the treadmill I could feel my quads this morning when I woke up. The bike felt really hard and after 30 minutes was wondering what on earth could be the problem. Then I realized that right after my last workout on the bike, I had turned the tension UP a notch. No wonder my legs felt like they were going to fall off! I managed to do my minimum 50 minutes after the warm-up and gladly stepped off to stretch.

Tonight I did 45 minutes on the treamill, hill level 4. I am going to skip the weights tonight because I am too tired. That's what I get for not getting enouhg sleep! My total is now 1052.

Still avoiding cardio and did my Richard Simmon's Blast and Tone DVD which is 25 minutes. Although I have to say that at this weight sometimes even doing weights get my heart going and me sweating. So maybe I am doing cardio without even realizing it. :lol:

I went on vacation and got about 270 minutes of fairly serious walking up hills and pushing a heavy stroller. I am not even counting the time where walking slowly (like at the zoo or shopping).

Did a quick cardio dance warmup for 5 minutes, and then went for a nice 65 minute walk with Mom. 70 for the day, and brings my month's total to 1,000!!! I NEVER thought I would be able to get that high!!
