No I didn't (Sunday)
 
I have been in a blah mood all day - couldn't exercise in the pool because it was booked and just went into a blah mood for the rest of the day. I ate about 600mL (about a pint?) of low fat ice cream and just did not do much all day. Weighin tomorrow and not looking forward to it!

Did a 40 minute walk outdoors. Now in playing on the computer.

40 minutes deep water walking - couldn't do more because I was running late for weigh-in at the dieticians! Feeling a bit better today.

Yes I did (Tuesday)
 
30 minutes deep water walking (had to drop the car at the mechanics so I didn't have time for more).
I lost 1 kg (2.2 lbs) at weighin, Angela, so I'm smiling :) Another 2 lbs and I will be at 50 lbs lost (my first big goal)!

;) Oh what a gorgeous Tuesday here in OH. The temp is 56 and a lovely
spring type day. I did my 43 minute walk outside. I just love
this weather. If only it would last. but I hear winter is making
itself known once again. Oh well, life goes on. I will enjoy

20 minutes dog walk, briskly
30 minutes on the spinner
6 flights stairs: 2 down, 2 up - three times today at work
parked at end of parking lot at work

A mild day in OH today 34 degrees with snow flurries. I walked
40 minutes outdoors.

I am going to have to plan something for the next couple of days because I can't get to the pool. I just find it really hard to do other exercise without setting my knee problems off. I might see if walking is ok tonight (Thursday)
