YES Wednesday
I did my "curves type" 30 fit circuit/aerobic exercise today and did it in about 37 or 38 minutes instead of the 45 it took me the last time I tried it.

No I didn't (Thursday)
I am going to try to go for a walk tonight (Friday) if it's not storming like last night. I miss being able to go to the pool!

:) Hi ladies . Just finished my exercise for today -Friday. Went to
my TOPS meeting this morning and I am down 1.5 pounds. My exercise for the day is 25 min. on the :tread: and 15 min. with an angela landsbury stretching tape. Check with all later, am off to watch the tellie. :cool: |
No (Friday) and Yes (Saturday)
I had a course on Friday, couldn't get to the pool and then my son's school aquajet night in the evening - finished at 9:30 pm, so I didn't get time to do anything else. But! Today I went to the pool and did 1 hr 10 minutes deep water walking and upper body aquarobics, and I am feeling it! It was very tempting to not do it, because my cold/sore throat is making me just want to stay in bed, but I'm glad I went and burned off some calories. I am going to try to go for a walk tomorrow in the cool of the evening.

I did my water Pilates Thursday and Friday I made my mom do my 30 fit routine with me!

Well I fought and fought with myself but I made myself exercise even though my brain was saying "come on just sit on the couch"

:( You ladies sound like me. I don't know what is the matter with
me either this week. I have to really talk myself into exercising. Even though I know I feel better doing it. Congrats to all that are exercising. This is Saturday and I did do my 25 on the treadmill and walked my daily trip to the mailbox. Suppose its the full moon or something! :^: :lol: Oh,well tomorrow is another day. Back at it again. today outdoors for 35 minutes. It started snowing really hard by the time I came indoors. The temp is around 36 and still snowing. Its supposed to rain tomorrow. Thats what they make umbrella's for I guess. Check in with all tomorrow. Exercise-Exercise-Exercise:) |
