no, either Friday or Saturday!
As I've said things have been unusual around my house the last couple of weeks, so I had to go to work early Friday, and work all day Saturday.

No, I didn't exercise today. It is so hard for me to work on my feet all day and come home and exercise. I am going to tomorrow though.

Well,I'm back. I did 20 min on the tread!!! Not bad for an old lady (63).

Me, I did my 10 min. on Friday but ended up skipping Saturday--which was not part of my plan. I'll get back on plan today, though. I'm going to shoot for 20 min. / day next week, and try for 7 days again. 6 out of 7 this week is better than I've done in a long time, though, so I'll keep coming here and posting whether I've done what I planned to or not. |
Yes (Monday)
45 minutes deep water walking and arm exercises with the pool noodle (ouch!). I really feel the difference when I exercise but I was sore last night!

I did 34min on treadmill and also did Cathy's Tricep/Chest/Shoulder video. My worst problem area are my arms :mad:

No (Sunday)--no excuse
I was bad Sunday, no exercise, PLUS I didn't get my 7 hrs. sleep, which is a goal I've made myself as well.

Yes I did (Tuesday)
Yes! 50 minutes deep water walking and aquarobic arm exercises. I am feeling this after the last 2 days but I feel so much better than I did on Saturday. I really need to remember how good I feel after exercising, then I would push myself to do it a bit more!

50 minutes deep water walking, even though a dive school of 20 people turned up in the middle of it, and spent most of the time just watching me - arrgghh. But instead of getting out, I stuck with it and I'm so glad I did. I feel great!
