What d'you guys think--should we make a new exercise thread each week?

:) Hey Ladies Friday (yes) 20 min on the treadmill. :tread: Weighed in today at my Tops Meeting and lost a pound.:goodscale I'm still trying to keep at 20-30 min. a day on exercise.
It might be a good idea for a new thread each week or every 2 anyway to keep them from getting to long.:write: I'm off to journal Check in tomorrow |

I can't believe it - 7 days in a row. This is the best I've done in quite a while. Today exercised 55 minutes in the pool :)

I couldn't go swimming today (scuba dive school has booked the pool) but I'm hoping to go for a walk later if it's not too hot. Otherwise I will take it as my exercise-rest day (I promised myself I would exercise 5 days a week this year) |
Up and done already!
Up at 6:30 and did 30 minutes on the spinner. Got a nice little sweat sheen going. I didn't want to over tax my thighs since I rode the horse yesterday. I'll update if I get anymore done this afternoon. |
No I didn't (Sunday)
The scuba dive school booked the pool so I couldn't exercise there, and I was just too exhausted to go for a walk because the kids and I cleaned out our gutters and installed leaf guard. But I promised myself 5 days exercise a week minimum and I've had 7 days in a row before this, so I'm not beating myself up about it.
I am heading to the pool in about an hour so I will have my Monday exercise. |

Not Yet (Sunday)... but the night is young
Not yet... but I'm going out tonight, to hear some friends play music, so either I'll dance while I'm there... if anyone else will dance... or else I'll go home and ride the old bike afterwards.
