Phew, Friday was not good for me. BUT, thanks to some advice from a few smarties around here...I did not make a bad meal a bad day, and I've been on plan since.

Here's to a new week of LOSS!!

Well I did alright yesterday except for too much sodium. Planning my meals for the next few days, I'm ready to get back to what's important... Me!

Hey everyone!

Been hanging on alright. Still within my Points this week and I got in exercise yesterday when I didn't want to. Was happy to get it done after it was over.

I have been eating tons of homemade veggie soup. Its amazing to me how fast a bowl fills me up and stays with me. Just shows what veggies can do!

Soup sounds so good! Dry here - amazing what happens when you make a plan and work it.

Learn - you were missed!

Good Morning Fellow Shipmates!

Yesterday was a great day eating, but still now exercise. I'm just trying to gain control of my appetite and get some health issues taken care of. The meds I'm on just knock me out, but at the same time my shoulder pain wakes me up. Does that make sense to anyone? Have many, many doctors appointments the first 2 weeks of october, so hopefully somethings will be resolved.

I wish everyone a wonderful day on the Lifeboat!

Learn

Default Me Again!

Guess it's just me again. Yesterday was a complete success with eating and moving. Gonna be the same today!

Hope everyone is having a great week!

wow I sure got wet yesterday. I was just sitting here minding my own business and a huge shark came up and pulled me under the water. I think the shark was named TOM!! So glad I got away and can climb back into the boat today.

Learn - you were the captain and first mate yesterday! Have I told you how happy I am to see you back with us.

Deb - grab hold - we'll pull you back in.

Yesterday was also POP for me - today is planned! Tomorrow has a couple of events in it - working that plan out now.

Anybody else need a hang back up into the boat?

Learn - so glad you're dry in the boat!!

dgramie - Dang sharks. I'm glad you escaped!! Phew, mucy safer in the boat.

gggirls - Yay for POP days!! I've already discovered how important PRIOR planning is to this journey. Here's wishing you a great plan for your busy day tomorrow as well!

I'm not jumping out of the boat, but it sure is annoying that I didn't lose any weight this week.

Sharks! Yikes! Debbie, do you still have all your arms and legs?

I continue to be POP on eating but not on exercise.

I have completely lost count of our days.

Here's to two POP days on the weekend, right here together in the middle of this lifeboat.

EVERYONE KEEP YOUR HANDS AND HEADS INSIDE THE BOAT!

I do believe factoring in the wind, humidity and current temps that this is day 89.
LOL, O.K. I cheated and went back to the very first post and counted.

Well #88 was a fantastic day. My plan is for the same today. Have a great weekend everyone.

Great day yesterday ...if anything calories were too low.I got lots of walking in . We have a 200mile long yardsale running a block from my house. I walked a few miles of it yesterday and will walk many miles of it today. We are thinking we will just stay in our county and not move on to the next county.

I need to get back in the lifeboat. For me, the best way is to write down everything I eat today. I can do that. Day 90????

I think today is day 89 - but what really matters is the strength provided in this lifeboat! I nearly drowned for awhile but here we are!

I'm with Heather - I MUST record everything - I did so yesterday even though it included many calories from DH's choice of Mexican for dinner.

Today I have 2 more challenges to face - I'll get every bite recorded again. Doing a little better on the exercise front.
