I really hate that I'm not able to post much lately. In any event, here's my additions:
180 mins aquafit
30 mins core workout
I don't think i'm going to make my workout goal, but I will try to get as close to it as I can. That means I need to try to workout for about 4 hrs this week. That seems like a lot when there's already very little time LOL.
