I am having a really rough time sticking with my afternoon exercise, so hopefully taking part in this thread will help me!
My exercise currently looks like this, Mon-Fri:
10 min slow walk in the morning (doggies!)
2 15 minute walks during the day at break times
And what I want to add is this:
30-40 minute walks (trying couch to 5k) after work x 4 days a week
20-30 minutes on the Wii fit x 3 days a week
M-F roughly 60 min per day x 21 days = 1260
Sat & Sun 30 mins per day X 8 = 240
= 1500

(hopefully it is OK to use the ticker to keep track?)
