60 + 13,475 = 13,535

Once again, I'm going to put my total for the month in at once. I write it in my diary to keep track, but I find it easier to do a total for the whole month. I missed putting in February's (930), so I didn't want to miss this month as well.

Personal Total... 1240mins for March

Group Total... 13,818 + 1240 = 15,058

Looking forward to a great April of exercise.

30 bike, 160 walking, and 140 cardio

15058+30+160+140=15388

My March minutes - 1078

1078 + 15,388 = 16,466

My goal for 2009 is to average 1000 minutes per month - I'm thinking of bumping it up

37 minutes walking-March has been a great month. Didn't make it to 2000 but I still feel great.
