i hope i did that right... lemme know if im flubbing it up for ya'll ... math isnt my strong suit lol

**25 mins arc trainer - incline 3 [-400 cals!]**
**15 mins strength training - upper body**

45 mins total! 4,446 + 45 = 4,491

15 minutes on treadmill, 15 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes weightlifting (pecs only) ~ 40 + 4,491 = 4,531

Anyone can join! :] You can either set a goal, or just log your minutes daily. Either, or! Sometimes setting an actual goal for the month will push you to work harder. :] GOOD LUCK!

Hi Everyone--I did 33 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. I'll be walking later on today but I don't want to forget to post yesterday's minutes. So so far, here's what I have:

Personal total--125 + 33 = 158 minutes.

Group Total--5068 + 33 = 5101 minutes. :carrot: :broc:

Great job everyone! It's only March 12 and we already have over 5000 minutes. I think we're doing a pretty good job. Let's keep it up. Woo-hoo. :D

Yesterday, 15 minutes on the elliptical, 10 on the treadmill doing intervals, then 30 minutes on free weights/weight machines working arms and core. Then 10 minutes boxing/stretching/cool down. Total 65 minutes.
