Oops, it looks like I added incorrectly on my personal goal in my last post (30 + 110 = 140, not 130.) (This is why I'm a lawyer, not an accountant.) The group total should still be accurate, though.
Anyway, I worked by abs and butt off last night in an exercise class (I am still sore!) So I have 60 more minutes to add: Personal Goal: 140 + 60 = 200 (800 left) Group Total: 2760 + 60 = 2820 |

I went to my FIL's today and helped my SIL with yardwork and housecleaning, and got so much of a workout from that that I was too tired for walking, so I'm going to count a half hour of it as exercise, especially the yardwork!

Walked 32 minutes.
GROUP TOTAL 3,962 + 32 = 3,994 |
30 minutes of sweaty eliptical goodness at the gym.
