Keep forgetting to log my minutes. I've gotten 240 since last time.

Personal Goal: 240 + 940 = 1180/1200

Group Total: 240 + 12,088 = 12,328

Tonight was weight training, but my arms were still hurting from the sunburn, so I just got in 25 mins, instead of the usual 40-45. Hopped on the elliptical for 15 mins until Andrew was ready to leave.

12,468 + 40 = 12,508

WTG Catherine and Lilion! Go Heather!

Me, I won't make my goal... but I got almost a third of it in... yesterday. I went for a hike at the state park. I thought that I remembered that "Acorn Avenue" was one of the easy trails, so I started down it... and down.... and down... and I thought, I guess it must climb back up on a more gradual incline... but no, the only way back was up a hill as steep as I've ever climbed. It was a 4-mile hike with a really, really steep hill--took me 94 minutes. I'd like to say I'm going to go out and do it again soon, but I think what I'm going to do is go on either the "Handicapped/Fitness" trail or the "Family Trail" for a while, then try to train for the "rugged" trails. I'd like to be able to do "Acorn Avenue" by October!

So, I'll get 2/3 of the way to my goal. But I can add 94 wild minutes into the group total...

Group total: 12,548 + 94 = 12,642

It's going to be close. I'm not sure I'll make my goal, but I have to TRY!
Please add another 15 minutes for me for yesterday:

So far this week I have logged 70 minutes.


Went walking with my son around my mother's neighbourhood on Monday in the wrong shoes and had a lovely blister to show for it. :D

Did a 10 minute warm up of my legs with weights, then 30 mins on the elliptical, and 10 mins on the treadmill (only 1 minute running tonight...heh).

12,857 + 50 = 12,907
