PERSONAL TOTAL: 95 + 30 = 125/373 (walking)
GROUP TOTAL: 2255 + 30 = 2285 |
Only did 20 minutes today on the treadmill, crazy busy with the kids today, but I rocked it on my diet. See ya'll tomorrow!!!:)

Summer, You really do need some breakfast. Have you considered maybe the ceral bars that they make? Do you just not like breakfast? Maybe a protien shake or something thad doesn't seem like eating?

Yesterday was 60 minutes at the gym (30 elliptical and 30 trainer) bringing my total to 150.
The group total is 2,437 + 60 = 2,497 |

Just finished 25 minutes of fun on the treadmill :carrot: (enjoyed it!) I actually strapped on my heart rate monitor and some real groovy music- made the process more interesting!
