PERSONAL TOTAL: 75 + 20 = 95/373 ... walking and weights

GROUP TOTAL: 1715 + 20 = 1735

200 -25 = 175min to go

Group Total 1715 + 25 = 1745 MIN!

Hi Ladies,

I'm thinking it will be best if I start out as the tortoise instead of the hare. So I will be doing 300 minutes this month. Wish me luck.

35 minutes of treadmill and 15 minutes of weight training.

Group total: 50 + 1845 = 1895

Uggg.....I need some serious motivation today. I didn't work out yesterday so I worked out for 30 minutes this morning and will be doing another work out later today as well to make up for yesterday. I'm having a hard time adapting my body to the new eating schedule. I'm so used to not eating breakfast and only eating 2 meals a day and this is making it rough on me. Any tips or suggestions? I'm open for all!

1st timer here..(thanks for the invite Wyllenn) so let me know if I do this right

Personal goal: 130/1000 (130 is my total from 01Mar til last night) Did 40 minutes of street walking yesterday (oh...that didn't sound right :o )... my goal today is to be happy and active on the treadmill.
Group total: 130+1975= 2105

720 - 60 = 660 left out of my goal of 900 minutes

Anne (Cheekcheek) -- You did that exactly right!

Summer -- I don't know why you're skipping breakfast! I can't help you there as I hate to miss it.

Don't forget to add your minutes to the group! (I will add them for you this time!)

I have 60 min weight training to add.

Group total ~ 2165 + 30 (summer) + 60 (me ) = 2255 min


We're really adding 'em up here!!! :)
