Trying for 600 minutes this month. I know it's a little more than double than February, but I have to keep pushing. I remember having a goal of 80 minutes one month. So, striving for 600 is progress. Especially since it's not a scary number.

I am so proud of myself. I met and passed my February exercise goal of 750 minutes. This is the third time in a row that I have surpassed my goal so, I am upping my goal again to 1200 for March. I was going to do 1000 but I recall march is a bit longer and maybe I can do it! Good luck to us all.

Well, I'm starting a bit late as I didn't work out today - long story. But I'm upping my goal 100 minutes - to 800 for March.

Whoa, whoa! We didn't start at 530 minutes (that was my example in the initial post!). Patty was the first exerciser!

So, the minutes are: 30 from Patty and 60 from Ammi (90 min so far)

I have 75 min to add (15 elliptical and 60 weights)

Group total ~ 90 + 75 = 165 min

Greetings my sweet chickies!! Well I am goingtogive this a shot. I hope I don't mess up the numbers for all you hard workers. My March goal is going to be 400 minutes of any goofy movment I come up with to strengthen my wiggely jiggely parts. Good luck to us all.

I'm game to give this a try; cuz I'm new, I'll be a little conservative and try for at least 12 minutes per day = 373 / month (combining walking, weights, rowing). Today, I did 15 minutes indoor walking. Rosebud :hug: Personal total: 15/373
