60 min weight training yesterday and then 35 min vigorous snow shovelling! First I resented having to shovel it, but then I realized that I can do it more easily now and wondered what shape I'd be in if I hadn't started this journey...

25 on the elliptical this morning, 15 with weights last night.

So I finally got some exercise in February. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 with my trainer. I am not going to set a minute goal for February - I will just see how things go. I feel ready to really get back in the swing of things but I think not making goal again would do me more harm than good right now.

Again 30 min. walking on a treadmill...more weirdness.

I only managed 30 mins today as my arm was giving me grief. Even though I wasn't using it, the jolting was too painful. So.....
