I'm finally on the board for February.I managed to squeeze in a 50-minute workout today. I hope I can reach my goal of 400 minutes by the end of the month! I think it's possible!

I’ve just come in from more shoveling, 60 minutes worth.

I walked for 15 minutes on Monday but haven't done a thing since then. Eating out of control too. Have to break this cycle.

I'm adding 90. 10 core, 20 shovelling and 60 weights. Shovelling is helping my Feb numbers too!
