On vacation I took 3 brisk walks totaling 124 minutes, then today, weights at the gym and elliptical for 80 minutes. So, 204 min to add -- you have all been busy!!

I need to get back in my gym groove...being laid up for a week (even though I managed to go TWICE) really got me messed up. I struggled to get through my workout last night, and normally I do 50 minutes of cardio PLUS weights... I think I'm going to lift tonight and do cardio. I need to get as close to my goal as possible this month. Argh...need to get back on track. |
