Yesterday was a good day. I was very busy setting up my classroom, chasing my three year old and bouncing my 7 week old. After all that I lost another pound. Yay me!!!
Squishy, I wouldn't sweat it either. My old pattern was , shoot, I ate this much, why not eat some more. So I'd say you did pretty good with the cake and ice cream especially. After all, it was DD's bday. If it had been one of our bdays, I'd ate cake!

Stevi~Your little Logan is absolutely adorable and what a strong boy, sitting up so early! You must be very proud!
Christie~I think that putting your 30lb lighter photo up will be a good motivator for you. I have read that if you look at your goals regularly, you are more likely to meet them. Just my thoughts.
This is a very supportive group and I know how much of a difference that can make in staying on track. I have just recently logged back into 3FC's after being "bad" for the past month or so. I guess I let myself forget how much it helps to chat with people who are working toward similar goals, but I am back at it now!
well i did it i steped on the scale after falling off belive it or not im fine im right where i was at 185 so im very happy i just want to thank you ladies again for pushing me back into life i was try to crawl in a dark hole there for a while

the 2 together is the the 2 oldest Jessica 16 1/2 and George 15 1/2
then angelica by herslef 14 1/2 and then my baby bot james 10 1/2 but he's gained alot of wieght since then
And for those of you who dont know my son george has bi-polar and ADD so when you see the tattoo on his chest of my name yes its a REAL tattoo you see when he was 13 years old he came home on mothers day from the local skate park and said look mom for mothers day i got your name on my heart I was horrified he saw the look on my face and said your not happy with my gift ( he didnt relize that it was wrong too young for that) i said no honey i love it but you should have waited till you were older he was so hurt i said i was sorry and gave him a huge hug and told him i love it, I wanted to beat him and hug him at the same time, just a little insight to living with a child that has these problems
