Panera Bread 1/2 chicken ceasar salad
Panera Bread turkey sandwich -- ugh, ate the whole thing and I'm stuffed!

Back today - have had 2-3 bad eating days. Bad enough that I didn't even write down what I was eating. It is never good news when you are in denial over what you are eating to the point that you refuse to acknowledge it on paper.

sigh. half a cheeseburger (200), some chips (100), a cookie (180)
I am amazed it was under 1800...

1 1/2 luna bars (ate half of a not-good one and was still hungry!)
4 oz of grapes and pineapple

Quarter pounder with cheese
Medium fries
