(Oops, just realize I dated the journal title wrong, d'oh!) Breakfast Oatmeal (130) Veggie breakfast patty (80) Lunch Healthy Choice meal (350) Dinner McDonald's bacon grilled chicken salad thing (250) With ranch dressing (170) And a hot fudge sundae for dessert (340) |
Back today - have had 2-3 bad eating days. Bad enough that I didn't even write down what I was eating. It is never good news when you are in denial over what you are eating to the point that you refuse to acknowledge it on paper.
Today so far coffee with creamer (50) pumpkin muffin (200) bite of chicken (40) |
