Luna Bar

Lunch
6" Subway chicken teriyaki on white

Dinner
Bowl of cream of chicken and wild rice soup (Panera Bread)
sour dough roll

Munchies
PB&J on an English muffin (oops!)
1 oz trail mix (minus the cashews)

ran 30 minutes before breakfast
on my 3rd glass of water
milk duds 300
lean cuisine 280
chicken breast with pasta, tomatoes, garlic, and parm (300)
